Hando accepts returns or exchanges on items that are unworn, undamaged and have not been altered from how they were received if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible for this policy all items need to be postmarked for return within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for the item being returned to us will be the customers responsibility and in the case of exchanges the shipping of the new item will be our responsibility.

What do I need to do if I want to return a product?

What can I do if a product arrived damaged?

If upon receiving your item you find it to have been damaged, we will return, refund, or replace that item as soon as possible with as little inconvenience to you as we can manage. Simply contact us at info@hando.co with an explanation of the damage and we will make the process as easy as possible.
